Well Received

Updated: Sep 18, 2020

Despite the fact that it was circulated at the peak of the vacation period in the northern hemisphere, THE VISION Newsletter 01/2020 has reached its intended readership of about 500 professionals in (indoor) skydiving. The feedback is positive.

Between the different mailing lists, THE VISION Newsletter went out to just under 500 prospective readers. It is our intention to increase that number to 1,000 by the time we release issue #2, probably by late October. We see the role of this publication as that of a periodical that should help to bring professionals in (indoor) skydiving to the 'table of discussion,' i.e. this website and another forum we are currently developing, where dialogue between them should take place. Only through such dialogue can advances be made. Always as only as long as words are followed up by actions!

One of the first readers to react to the newsletter was Josh O'Donoghue, head coach and master of talents at WINDOOR - Realfly, and one of the in-person panelists at our summit. "I look forward to the next chapter!" was his message. After we suggested that he could help us to write it, he agreed to do so by giving an interview on SARS-CoV-2 affecting his professional career.

We will be proactive and reach out to some of you for contributions. However, should you think of something, why not contact us at info@support-air.net and tell us about it? We would like to assist you in putting it into words and imagery. That is what our job should be, that of moderators.

I would like to thank everyone who has conveyed a message of appreciation and support in private messages to me.
