For the last four years, iFLY wind tunnels in the USA have encouraged senior citizens - down to those aged 55 - to give indoor skydiving a try by offering them substantial discounts. The targeted clientele responds with plenty of enthusiasm. And not just on Senior Citizen Day!
In one case, it was an entire retirement community that brought its residents to the iFLY facility in Scottsdale, Arizona, to have them enjoy the thrill of skydiving."Everyone needs to try this at least once during their lifetime," one of the senior flyers summed up the experience.
